Private and semi-private instruction:

    • Conducted at Corporations, health clubs, martial arts schools, churches, etc

    Self Defense seminars:

    • Adult Self Defense -You will learn street self defense techniques and tactics thatcould save your life
    • Women self defense - Specifically designed for women. You will learn how to be safe and more aware, be in control of yout personal safety

    Martial Arts Seminars:

    • Tae Kwon Do Traditional - Designed to enhance students traditional techniques and forms and learn self defense applications
    • Tae Kwon Do Olympic Sparring - Students will enhance their olympic Taekwondo sparring techniques and strategy through professional drills conducted

    • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - The focus will be on self defense. Recommeded for Taekwondo, Karate, and Tang Soo Do Schools as a means to compliment your foundation

    • Fitness Personal Training - Burn fat, build muscle, and sculpt the body you've always wanted with personal training sessions customized to your fitness level and training preferences, and designed to get you to your goals as quickly as possible
    • Martial Arts Personal Training - Develop practical martial arts skills that suit you as an individual. Personal training sessions range from basic self defense to more comprehensive and technical programs
    • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Based on Helio Gracie Jiu-Jitsu the focus is on self-defense.  Curriculum encompasses all areas of street fighting: striking, grappling, throwing, and practical self-defense techniques.  Gi and NoGi.  Ages 13 and above no limit.  Recommended for instructors that want to expand their curriculum
    • Children Tae Kwon Do - This program is basically an elementary school class for martial artists.  A great alternative to PE for home schooled children.  Students can develop concentration, coordination, focus, and discipline.  Uniform is required.  Ages 6 to 12
    • Adult Tae Kwon Do -This class is for adults and teenagers.  Students will learn all aspects of the art including forms, sparring and self defense techniques.   Uniform required.  Ages 13 and above.  No age limits
    • Adult Black Belt Program - The Black Belt adult training program is designed for highly motivated individuals who have the desire to earn a Black Belt.   This program will be designed for you to earn your Black Belt as quickly as possible based on your own dedication and commitment.  The emphasis will be on practical self defense as well as body and mind conditioning.  I will travel to your location and assist you to acheive your goals. Uniform is required.  No age limits.
    • Olympic Taekwondo Training Program - This program is designed for Taekwondo students Red Belt and above who want to excel in the competitive arena.  You will develop to your maximum potential through scientifically proven methods of training.  Ages 13 and above
    • Self Defense - Curriculum is based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Krav-maga, and other martial arts.  You will learn defenses against different attacks as well as escapes from headlocks, holds and other situations you are likely to encounter on the street.  Whether you are a veteran martial artist or beginner, I will provide you with a confidence on the street that you may never have had.  Recommended for all adults, both sexes, no age limits
    • Street Combatives - This program will provide you with the elements to defend yourself in real life fights that have no rules, no points and no time limits.  Recommended for adults, both sexes
    • MMA - Mixed Martial Arts - Designed for those want a great workout while learning martial arts skills.   You will learn elements of stand up fighting, ground fighting, takedowns, striking, and submissions.   This is a great class for adults of all ages and abilities
    • Combat Conditioning - Whether you are a martial artist, a combative sport competitor, or just want to get in the best shape of your life, your personalized program will include : strength, plyometrics, stretching, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning geared to develop optimal performance.  Recommended for adults, both sexes
